ImWebee Technologies ("we", "us", "our") operates the website https://imwebee.com. We provide custom software engineering, web and mobile application development, digital skills training, and managed hosting services from offices in Islamabad, Dubai/Sharjah and London.

What data we collect

When you submit the enquiry form on this site, we collect the name, email address, selected service vertical and project description that you provide. We do not ask for payment details, identity documents or any special category data through this website.

• Your IP address, recorded alongside form submissions to help prevent abuse and spam.
• Standard server access logs kept by our hosting provider, including request time, page requested, browser type and referring page.
• Analytics data gathered by Google Analytics, as described under "Analytics and cookies" below.

How we use your data

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal or quotation.
• To communicate with you about a project we are delivering for you.

Analytics and cookies

• Our hosting provider, which stores this website and its email delivery.
• Google, for the analytics described above.
• Professional advisers or authorities, where we are legally required to disclose information.

We do not transfer your enquiry data to any other third party.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are retained for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, after which they are deleted. Server access logs are retained for a short period by our hosting provider under their own retention schedule. Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export the personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict our processing of it, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@imwebee.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry submissions are validated and rate-limited, and access to stored enquiries is restricted to authorised team members. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our services are directed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
